We are currently looking for a Cloud Technical Specialist to join the Logicom Cloud Customer Care team. The Specialist will be responsible for supporting Cloud Customers and participate in the operation and administration of the Logicom Cloud Marketplaces.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support cloud solutions customers for marketplace, technical, informational, billing and other matters.
Participate in the operations and administration of the Logicom Cloud Marketplaces.
On-board new solutions on the Logicom Cloud Marketplaces.
