According to data, job vacancies for the second quarter of 2017 were 2,708.
Job vacancies fell by 681 (-20.09%) compared to the same quarter of the previous year when they were 3,389.
The greatest drop occurred in accommodation and food service activities (-60.95%) and the biggest increase was in financial and insurance activities (486.36%).
Compared to the first quarter of 2017 job vacancies were also down 20.31%.
The job vacancy rate for the second quarter of 2017 was 0.8%, while the job vacancy rate for the previous quarter was 1.1% and the second quarter of 2016 was 1.0%.
The biggest job vacancy rates for the second quarter of 2017 were recorded in electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply (1.8%) and in information and communication (1.5%).
