Dr. Zimarin was speaking during a visit to the Presidential Palace, heading a group of more than 40 students participating in RCB Bank’s pioneering Summer School entitled “Global Finance and the Banking System” (24-31 July) which takes place under the auspices of the First Lady of the Republic of Cyprus, Mrs. Andri Anastasiades.
“RCB Bank Summer School, taking place for second year is an opportunity to promote Cyprus as a great destination and a credible business centre in the EU”.
He added: “We are all very lucky indeed to learn from Cyprus’ achievements, the successful completion of the memorandum and the return to growth. RCB’s Summer School project is an investment in the future because young people are the future”.

Cyprus’ First Lady in her welcome speech praised the initiative of Dr. Zimarin and his commitment to sustainable community development adding that the public charity is vastly appreciated by the Government and the People of Cyprus.
“I wish to express my profound gratitude to RCB for the invaluable support the Bank provides all these years to charity initiatives and organisations, along with social groups and individuals in need, in particular in the fields of health, education, sports and culture”, Mrs. Anastasiades said.
