Head of the kitchen is the Greek-born Adamantia Petrouska, who spent many years in Florence learning about Italian cooking and hospitality.
Here you will try the traditional antipasti and starters, e.g. salad with spinach and prosciutto, mushrooms filled with different kinds of cheese and a coumandaria sauce, pasta dishes such as the farfalle with grilled vegetables and mozzarella and many other popular dishes of the Italian cuisine. As for the dessert, the tiramisu is a revelation. It arrives inside a cup of coffee and then as they serve it, they pour hot espresso over it.
