Nicosia Tourism Board organizes the second medieval festival in Nicosia, aiming to reveal and promote the city’s rich medieval past and culture. The festival lasts four days, between 6 th and 9 th April 2017 and it includes several events.

After the success of last year’s festival, this year we cooperated with several organisations and museums in order to produce a rich programme of events for all ages. The festival includes classical music concerts, a documentary screening, special museum tours, a medieval-themed city tour, theatre performances, sculpture workshops and many more.  The festival also includes in its programme of events the widely known Othello’s island, which is a Scientific Conference on Medieval, renaissance and Early Modern Studies that takes place in Cyprus every year.

The events are free to the public. Booking is recommended for the events taking place at the Centre of Visual Arts and Research (22300999). For further information call us at 22889704.
