Cyprus' exports increased 47% in January 2017

The first estimate for Cyprus' exports of goods to the rest of the world in January 2017 was €0.2 billion, an increase of 47% since January 2016, according to Εurostat data on Friday. 

 

The intra EU trade stood at €0.1 billion or a decrease of -3%, while extra EU trade also stood at €0.1 billion or an increase of 96%.

 

Imports totalled a €0.5 billion increase by 45%, of which €0.3 billion or increase of 20% was from the EU and a €0.2 billion or 122% increase from the rest of the world.
