It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas but in the sixth of our Cyprus photo series we take a look back at some hot summer action shots. Photos taken by contributing photographer Phil Parker - click the images below to enlarge.
Many people associate Cyprus with a slower pace of life, tranquil beaches, sleepy villages, peaceful mountain views and strolls in isolated forest areas. Cyprus is of course home to all that but it's also home to much more with a range of sports, action and adventure both on land and at sea. Diverse, exciting and often challenging Cyprus provides an ideal location with great facilities and reliable weather that attract visitors from around the world.
These breathtaking photos taken this summer capture stunning moments in time:
Phil Parker describes himself as an amateur photographer and has been uploading photos to the Cyprus Eastern Forum for many years. He used a Canon eos 650D camera to take these shots and says "the pleasure I get from my photos is knowing that people are enjoying them". We certainly do love them and will be featuring various collections over the coming weeks.
