Halloumi Fries arrive at UK McDonald’s today

Halloumi Fries will be added to the McDonald’s menu in the UK from today and will be available for six weeks until Tuesday, September 6th.

The Taste of Spain and Cyprus menu features the Spicy Spanish Stack which has two beef patties, chilli cheddar, red onion, spicy tomato sauce and lettuce served up in a warm paprika bun.

The Chicken Fiesta is a crispy chicken fillet topped with chorizo, chilli cheddar, spicy tomato sauce, red onion and lettuce in its own warm toasted chilli and paprika topped bun.

Bringing a touch of Cyprus to the menu is the addition of Halloumi Fries - coated in a light batter and served with a rich tomato dip, it is the perfect dunk.

The Spanish Fruit Punch drink is the final item on the new summer menu.

The new items will be available to buy from 11am according to the company.
