The accident happened shortly after midnight when the motorcycle was hit by a car in the right lane of the highway, which threw his vehicle into the left lane where he was hit by another car.
The injured man was taken by ambulance to the Larnaca general hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries, police said.
Larnaca traffic police are investigating the cause of the accident.
