Cyprus announces one death and 131 new Covid-19...

Ministry of Health announced on Monday the death of one person from COVID-19, while 131 new cases were confirmed from 34,190 PCR and antigen rapid test, with a positivity rate 0.38%.

The total number of deaths rose to 230, while the total number of COVID-19 cases since the start of the pandemic increased to 33,391. A Ministry of Health announcement says that an 89 year old man with underlying conditions died at Limassol General Hospital. Of the 230 people who died from COVID-19, 154 were men (67%) and 76 women (33%), with a median age of 79.
