Europe’s largest budget airline Ryanair said Tuesday that it handled a total of 4.4 million passengers in July, down 70 percent compared to the 14.8 million passengers it carried in the same month last year. The number of passengers handled by Ryanair in July, though lower on a yearly basis, is 11 times higher than the June number of 400,000 passengers thanks to the partial resumption of the airline’s flights on July 1.
