The government has issued a food alert, recalling specific brands of frozen vegetables by Tesco due to the possibility of being infected by bacteria that can cause food poisoning.

The products under the recall, which should not be consumed, are Tesco Sweetcorn 1 kg, Tesco Farmhouse mixed vegetables 1 kg , Tesco Mixed vegetables 1 kg ,Tesco Micro Veg 640 g, and Freshona Corn 450g .
