Computer Technician Job Purpose:

Serves as technical support for a company’s customers. Helps customers in various fields troubleshoot technology issues. Maintains computer equipment and keeps equipment updated. Enforces policies to promote data security.

Computer Technician Job Duties:

* Performs various duties depending on circumstances and current company needs

* Installs software and hardware systems, including new equipment, anti-virus programs, CRM programs, and other tools commonly used by a company’s team members
