Junior HR Generalist

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited:

Completing on boarding process of new coming employees

Updating employees’ files in server and HR software

Serving as a point of contact with medical insurance vendors

Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data regarding employee employment status

Informing employees in changes in procedures or general announcements 

Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
