• Equip workplaces with the necessary hardware and software in preparation of new employees joining the company;
• Provide basic first line introductory training for new users (logins, network build up, outlook, etc.)
• Install and configure computer operating systems (Windows, Mac knowledge also preferred)
• Troubleshoot system and network problems as well as diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
• Provide support to end-users;
• If needed handle documentation creation, reporting needs both internally...
