Help Desk Specialist
The Help Desk Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining a variety of technology systems and equipment. The primary function of this position is to provide support to end users as well. In addition, the Help Desk Specialist provides immediate solutions when possible, furnishes feedback to the end user. The purchasing, configuration and programming of replacement PC equipment and software is also required.
