(2) Advertising Terms

We reserve the right to reject, remove or terminate any content that it deems (at its total discretion) inappropriate or questionable. Pornography, links to pirated software, and/or illegal content will not be accepted and your account will be blocked. Only links that are appropriate for a family audience will be acceptable.

All payments must be completed prior to the start of your advertising schedule.

Advertising packages are for a period of 3, 6 or 12 months and payments are non-refundable either in whole or in part.

Subscription/non-subscription
By signing up to the PayPal Subscription agreement you are guaranteed that your payments will not increase above the amount you originally paid. You will be re-billed automatically at expiration date for your choosen package but you can cancel this agreement at any time without giving notice. Simply login to your PayPal account and cancel the Subscription agreement. Your PayPal Subscription details will be sent to you by PayPal when you complete the first payment.

Should you wish not to subscribe or wish to cancel for any reason and then rejoin at at later stage then you are perfectly at liberty to do so - however please note that the new agreement will be fixed at the price that is in force at that time.

Advertising slots are limited and are subject to availability.

All advertising packages provided through this website are supplied "as is", with no guarantees of any type, neither expressed nor implicit.

(3) Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy when you use our services ("Services"). In our Privacy Policy page we explain how and why we collect your information, what we do with it and what controls you have over our use of it.

(4) Acceptable use

You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to our website without our express written consent.

You must not use our website for any purposes related to marketing without our express written consent.
